Angie is a well-established and respected organisation development, leadership and change management consultant with over 35 years’ experience assisting organisations throughout Australia. Angie assists her clients in identifying future state and strategy, developing plans to transform, managing change, transforming leadership and culture, developing systems, processes and programs, and encouraging learning and development, with emphasis on developing inspirational leaders through coaching and mentoring.
Angie has worked with diverse industries including utilities, transport, engineering and construction, information technology, entertainment, retail, and finance in both the private and public sectors.
Angie has also worked as a procurement facilitator and bid coach on many Australian infrastructure projects in the power, transport, water, mining and engineering and construction industries, successfully developing and coaching teams. Angie has made the journey from the hard dollar contracting of the early 90’s through the various phases of relationship team building, partnering, and alliances through to today’s collaborative contracting.
