Caitlin Bauer

Caitlin has a depth of experience in utilising human-centred design techniques together with a deep understanding of human behaviour to achieve practical strategies for change. Working across a range of behavioural domains and target audiences, Caitlin applies tried and tested approaches for understanding local culture, individual motivators, and the driver’s or barriers to behaviour.  

Having worked within the public sector for a number of years, she brings a pragmatic approach that delicately balances organisational, community, political and individual needs to create optimal outcomes for diverse stakeholders.  

Caitlin partners with organisations to help them achieve long term business transformation and realise the value of their investments. She focuses on where the value lies and through a pragmatic, proactive approach to problem solving and effective stakeholder engagement. Caitlin is focussed on delivering outcomes that truly address the business problem and drive lasting business transformation.  

Her experiences span project management in both traditional and agile projects, change management and business analysis helping organisations create results that last.  

Caitlin is based in regional Queensland with a focus on delivering results to our client base outside of the South-East Queensland area. 

The best strategies for change are those that are grounded in evidence but also have the support from the team implementing them, the leaders reinforcing them and the community at the centre of the change intervention.
