Our Executive Coaching Process

At Organisation Dynamics, we endeavour to offer executive coaching programs that are flexible to the individual needs of our clients. We believe whole-heartedly in giving executive leaders the freedom to guide their own development, with our executive coaches directing them along the way. Our programs can be as structured or unstructured as you wish. While we will commit to a set number of sessions, the topics and training we cover in those sessions is personalised to achieve the goals and outcomes that you outline from the start.

Our executive coaching process begins with a coaching contracting session where we outline the program, expectations, and reflect on potential goals. This is followed by a deeper goal-setting session where we mine, define, and refine the specific goals you want to accomplish from your executive coaching.

We will then begin our coaching sessions. There are typically 6 - 12 sessions in our executive coaching programs and it is here where we execute strategies, develop habits, share insights, and monitor progress. Finally, we close out the program with a completion session where we celebrate your successes, acknowledge the significant breakthroughs that were made, and discuss the progress you have made since the beginning.

We Value Confidentiality.

At the start of our coaching process, we will make it clear to you that everything discussed between you and your coach will remain entirely confidential. What is discussed in your sessions stays in those sessions, so you have the confidence and freedom to open up as much as you feel comfortable.

Organisation Dynamics does collect data from the initial goals you set at the beginning of the process and information on how much each goal was achieved. We do this to gauge the overall success of our programs and what we can improve on for future engagements. However, no identifying information or specific conversations will be disclosed outside of the sessions.
