Hannah Eddy

Hannah works with public and private sector people, teams and organisations to build high performance workplaces. She is known for her ability to quickly make sense of what’s happening, understand her clients’ drivers, and connect these strands to design programs that work. 

Hannah has over 20 years industry experience, in consulting and internal executive roles. She has provided services to industries as diverse as construction and mining through to community services and hospitality, and has contributed to the successful delivery of a number of mega and major infrastructure projects around Australia.

Hannah has expertise in a range of consulting disciplines including change management, organisation development, leadership, culture and stakeholder engagement. She is an expert coach and facilitator and is known for her ability to design and deliver complex programs of work in partnership with her clients.

She is passionate about creating workplaces that allow people to be their best, to thrive in the current environment and to adapt as new opportunities and challenges emerge. Her approach is lean, practical and tailored to clients’ objectives to ensure that each activity is delivered with an eye to purpose, value and outcomes. As Hannah is invested in her clients’ success, she is alert to change and ready to speak up if action is needed to redirect efforts to achieve agreed outcomes.

I love observing the people-ness of people and have a natural insight into human behaviour. This helps me to quickly connect with my clients and design pathways to get them where they need to be. I am practical and make complex concepts simple. My solutions are measurable. Essentially, I help leaders keep their eye on what’s most important and get all the moving parts of an project working together.
