Jessica Gallienne

Jessica founded Organisation Dynamics out of a desire to help organisations orchestrate human potential for a meaningful impact. Her expertise is in helping organisations and their leaders become more effective through the collaboration, culture and innovation. She brings over 20 years’ experience developing alignment, capability and culture within organisations and fashioning business partnerships and transformations. She is renowned for her incredibly dynamic and insightful facilitation and coaching skills – enabling people in organisations to apply novel approaches to navigate high performing teams through complex challenge

With a background in experiential facilitation and co-design, her specialities include leadership development and alignment, effective governance, collective impact, building organisational effectiveness and agility, inter-organisational collaboration and customer-centric innovation.  Jessica has Executive experience in the public sector, leading community-led interdepartmental reforms using co-design and design thinking.  Her work spans both the public and private sector across multiple industries including engineering, construction, mining, building, manufacturing, banking and finance, science and technologies, corrections, health, housing and community services sectors.

I believe strongly in making a meaningful impact for the people by combining motivational psychology with the practical insights I draw from the organisation. People consider me upbeat and optimistic, but with a direct communication style, an eye for root causes and an incredibly creative approach to designing bespoke solutions.
